BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU RELEASE A GREAT REASON TO START THE HOLIDAYS…..

At one minute past midnight on the third Thursday of November. The first wine of the Beaujolais Nouveau harvest will be released to the world for the first celebration of the harvest. Post Covid will make this a highly anticipated and huge celebration around the world. As many as 65 million bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau are released for distribution in major cities, including Detroit. 
Beaujolais Nouveau yields a young vibrant wine with low tannins that has a smooth, light fruity berry flavor. It is meant to be drank chilled and young. The wine is produced by a style referred to as carbonic maceration. Which allows the wine to be bottled shortly after the harvest. Its a perfect start for your Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy this years release showing forward fruit of strawberry, red current and hints of cherry.
