MOET CHAMPAGNE ON ICE…. Brut or Rose

There’s always a first time for everything and remember what they say. The first is the Best!
I have many times in the past on occasion put ice in my Champagne flute. Either crushed or a small ice cube. Not only dose it chill the Champagne more. It makes you want to enjoy it faster. If the ice is in the glass to long. Yes, it will dilute the taste a small amount.  Just pour in more Champagne. That always works.
Here comes a Champagne perfected for ice. Moet Chandon the largest Champagne house in the world. Has taken the fear and shame of putting ice in a glass of Champagne. Moet has created a new Champagne called. Ice Imperial. It was specifically geared to pour over ice. The Champagne still has the rich flavor with sightly sweeter fruit and opens up on the finish. The Champagne is from France and blended with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes.
The Brute Imperial Ice has a hint of floral, mango and guava.
The Rose Imperial Ice has hints of fragrant red berries, cherry and finishing on notes of pink grapefruit.
