2018 Russell B Gregory Cabernet Napa Valley

2018 Russell B Gregory Cabernet Napa Valley Want to experience tasting a cult wine in the making without having to pay hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, to do so?  I implore you, no I beg you to take the plunge and wrap your palate around the latest release from RBG wines. A generous helping of black currant, black cherry and blackberry fruit lead the way with expressive clove, quality dark chocolate, cigar box, licorice, black pepper and compelling vanilla bean accents as added building blocks. With a 3 hour decant or a quick trip through a Vinturi, an angelic convergence blends them all together resulting in a rich silk laden marital bliss. It may be influenced by fruit sourced from a Calistoga vineyard that is only 100 yards from one of Napa Valley most prestigious properties.

This wine has everything the overpriced and overrated big dogs of the Cabernet world possess, class, finesse and flavorful richness, yet it is available at a fraction of the cost. Very limited in quantity so I’m sure it won’t last long. If by chance you don’t like it, I urge you to put the cork back in, send it to me, where I’ll be more than happy to finish for you.
