This is a sweet wine made from sour cherries. The Italians have a way for perfection. These cherries are harvested from family orchards earlier in the year and through the macerate system and partly crushed the fermentation starts slowly and leads to a syrup and full fragrant that is pleasant on the nose. Complex notes of cherry, purple flowers and jammy ripe red fruit. Soft balance finishing with blackberry, and cherry jam.
This wine is perfect for any after meal enjoyment.
