100 % Pinot Noir from the great Willamette Valley. This wine is produced from ROCO winery. This is a very unique pinot noir because all the harvest grapes are hand picked and chilled over night. The whole grapes are gently pressed and the juice is aged in French oak barrels for over 18 months. Once ready for bottling and to our tasting notes. We found one of the best pinot noirs that immediately had aromas of tobacco, dark fruit and black cherry. On our palate came deep rich fruit expression of blackberry and dark fruit with layered masculine tannin on a long smooth finish.
