Solitar is named after a gemstone. This wine is the skills of winemaker Raimund Prum.
Trocken style Riesling is a dry Riesling. The grapes are hand picked and fermented in stainless steel. The dryness shows minerality and crisp lean acidity.
On the nose you will pick up, peach, orange, lemon, papaya, pineapple and mineral notes.
The palate will experience a racy layered tones of tropical fruit,, stone and ripe citrus fruit.
Refreshing pleasant and a very relaxing wine to sip on. Or enjoy with cheese, crackers, salad light fish.
