                                                                                  CHAMPAGNE FOR THANKGIVING….

Champagne is best served at the beginning of your Thanksgiving dinner and can be enjoyed during and through the meal. Drinking Champagne with red or white wine during the meal is perfectly fine. 

Krug Grande Cuvee
This Champagne always makes its presence in a huge way. Its deep golden color and tiny fine bubbles amplify fullness and rich elegance. Aromas of flowers and ripe dried fruit, marzipan, gingerbread and citrus fruit. Combine with flavors of hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar, and jellied citrus fruits. Ending finish has hints of almond and honey.

Veuve Clicquot Brut
One of the most popular of all Champagnes. Aromas of lemon freshness, dried peach, and floral apple. Combining with rich flavors of apricot, brioche and hints of a creamery mandarin citrus finish.

Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut
A nice, elegant yellow straw color. With aromas of bright fresh apple, pear, peach. Hints of honey and lime. On the palate rich smooth mandarin, with hints of pear and finishing on a light dry appeal.

Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Brut
Golden pale color. With aromas of fruit such as white fruit, pear, apple, almond and hazelnuts. Flavors of pear, apricot finishing on a medium body and light acidity.

Duval Leroy Brut Reserve
Medium body with notes of apple and lemon combining on light citrus, brioche and nutty almond and honey. Finish.

Drappier Blanc de Blanc
Forward white peach and pear on the nose. On the palate biscuity, hints of green apple, citrus lemon, lime, almond and toast.

ROSE CHAMPAGNES

Veuve Clicquot Rose
Beautiful color with pinkness.   The nose ripe red fruit, strawberry and hints of grapefruit, ginger. With all combining for a balanced. On the finish a complex yet delicate touch of tannis balancing off smooth acidity.

Ruinart  Rose Brut
A pomegranate color and lively tiny bubbles. On the nose exotic fruit and small red fruit, strawberries, raspberry. On the palate silky balanced red fruit, strawberry orange and rich creamery pastry with hints of spice

Drappier Rose Brut
Lightly dry with bright raspberry and strawberry on the nose. With flavors of balanced red fruit strawberry raspberry finishing with smooth tannis.

Duval Leroy Rose Brut
A salmon color. On the nose structured freshness of red fruit. Tasting balanced flavors of raspberry and red fruit finishing on light acidity.

Lanson Rose
Pale salmon color. Aromas of rose, peaches, strawberries. Combining with tangerines, red fruit, finishing on a medium bodied and balanced tannis.
Nicolas Feuillatte rose Reserve
Light pinkness in the color. Bursting with ripe and red fruit on the nose. Tasting delicious flavors of red current, blueberry, raspberry and hints of strawberry finishing medium body.
