SERVE WARM WINE FOR THE HOLIDAYS & WINTER

 ITS PERFECTLY FINE AND TASTY TO SERVE WINE WARM….especially on cold nights.

The best and most flavorful red wines to serve warm are as follow.
Pinot Noir is our first choice 
Merlot
Shiraz
Cabernet Sauvignon
Here’s how to warm up red wine to taste great.
Pour the red wine into a decanter is best. However you can leave it in the bottle.
Rule number one…FIRST and foremost, do not over heat the wine.
Best is to let the decanter sit under warm running water from your kitchen sink tab. For approximately 20 minutes. For best tasting results that we found serve the warm wine between 65-73 degrees.  Some people have even put the wine into a micro wave. At these temperatures you can experience the full flavor in this beautiful glass of warm wine. 
At the end of the day you are the best judge when experimenting  with warming wine.
