First smell on the nose is red fruit strawberry, red current and hints of floral and rose. The taste comes alive from the southern Burgundy harvest and because the grapes are macerated for 10 days , then aged for 6 months. we get a lip smacking of rich red fruit balanced with layered flavors on a soft on going finish.
